My desire to cook for a living started when age 15 I took a part time job in a pub kitchen, it was then that I realised I had a natural passion for food.
After I left school I started working at Muset restaurant in Clifton. It was here that I gained much of my experience, alongside this I attended college as part of my training, this allowed me over time to become a fully qualified chef.
After working at a number of Bristol’s top restaurants, I was offered an opportunity to cook for a chain of nurseries in Bristol. After a few years I realised that pre-school food was an area which was not sufficiently catered for, so I decided along with my partner to set up early years catering. Children’s food is something I feel really passionate about. With two young children of my own I realise the importance that food plays in a child’s growth and development.
