To compliment products/cuts purchased Nationwide (including Scotland) locally bred and reared product is sourced from:

Pork

All of these wholesalers purchase from local farmers and markets with provenance from individual farms available. Local suppliers include:

English Lamb can be sourced from the West Country (complementing Scottish and Welsh reared meat) from:
